I use Lightburn to design various things. However, I’ve been frustrated with the amount of time it takes for Lightburn to show the text on my work area and also when editing text it takes FOREVER! I am using “Footprints in the Sand” verse, so it is a lot of words, but it literally took over an hour typing and waiting for the letters to show up.

      I’m on Windows 10 and I’m not experiencing this.
In Windows 10, open the task manager and see if the CPU loads are high.
If the CPU load is high or the memory load is high you can see what’s causing it.
If you have a huge file in LightBurn it could slow things down quite a bit.
