TRUMPF will launch a new generation of efficient fiber lasers at the Munich Light Expo in Germany, which can meet the diverse welding needs of the entire industry, such as high-precision welding of electric vehicle batteries. Tom Rentschler, Product Manager of TRUMPF Fiber Laser, said, "The new generation TruFiber laser is the core engine of our production solutions. Through deep collaboration with programmable optical devices and sensing technology, users can simultaneously improve manufacturing efficiency and component quality. "

Industrial grade high stability fiber laser

Users can choose TruFiber series fiber lasers with power coverage ranging from 500 W to 50 kW, and can also provide a full range of laser system solutions. This solution includes precision focusing optical components such as scanning galvanometers and fixed focusing mirrors, as well as an intelligent solution for real-time monitoring of system operation status. TRUMPF deeply integrates and optimizes lasers, control systems, optical transmission systems, processing optical modules, sensors, and cooling devices. Its dynamic power control technology can achieve millimeter level precision in controllable weld formation, especially in the fields of copper welding and medium thick plate welding, demonstrating significant advantages. In addition, this high-power and highly flexible system is also very suitable for high demand surface treatment applications such as high-speed melting of brake discs.

Rentschler emphasizes that the fully integrated design of the control unit and optical system, combined with the excellent stability performance of the equipment and the high beam quality that adapts to different applications such as precision welding and high-speed cladding, make this new generation TruFiber an indispensable core tool in the field of precision manufacturing. "

Intelligent operation and maintenance
The laser is equipped with an integrated sensor system, which can remotely monitor the operation status of the equipment and effectively prevent potential faults during the welding process. When on-site maintenance is required, modular design enables technicians to quickly replace all components. The control system is equipped with an intuitive user interface TruControl 2.0, with operation logic similar to that of a smartphone experience. The new human-machine interface greatly simplifies the laser material processing process, and this ease of operation is unique in the industry, "Rentschler commented.
