Cut issue in second pass

You have unaccounted motion in your laser mechanism. Eliminate any possible backlash.
Do a full mechanical review:
1. pinion gears are properly secured to stepper shaft
2. all couplers properly secured
3. review belt tension
4. wheel tension
5. any other mechanical linkage
