After I pressed the STOP (panic button), my Neje 3 Max has started showing this error.
"ALARM:3
Reset while in motion. Grbl cannot guarantee position. Lost steps are likely. Re-homing is highly recommended."
After each job and the laser has to return to the Home Position, there are a lot of unpleasant sounds.

      Why did you have to press the STOP button? The issue you’re having now is not likely directly related to pressing the STOP button. However, I assume you hit the button for a reason which may be contributing to the current issue.
One thing to try is to dramatically slow your speed settings.
