Fiber optic solution provider Eurotech announced the launch of a series of fiber optic rack mounting enclosures. The BestNet 19 inch top opening fiber optic interconnect unit is a fiber optic patch panel and cabinet, ideal for wiring, terminating, and managing fiber optic terminations, suitable for interconnect, cross connect, or splice applications in LAN environments. Modular fiber optic interconnect units are suitable for fiber optic cable installation, bare fiber splicing and protection, tail fiber storage and management.

The BestNet 1U series patch panels help save time and costs, and effectively manage cable resources. By using these brackets to terminate and splice fibers, IT teams can quickly and efficiently rearrange wiring and track their fiber resources. Efficient fiber optic management also helps to save maintenance and replacement costs.

The BestNet rack installation top opening LIU is suitable for 19 inch racks that must terminate fiber optic backbone cables. The top open tray accommodates 24 port configurations with different adapters, including:; SC, LC, FC, etc. The fiber optic interconnect unit is made of 1.2mm steel plate, which is used for a sturdy casing. The hinged front panel is used for installation on the casing, and the front cable saddle is installed for easy cable repair.

The pre assembled casing with different configurations is equipped with multiple internal mounting holes for cable fastening, fiber management, or splicing tray installation. It can manage splicing and termination, including different combinations of adapter panels. Each adapter can store up to 3 meters of 900 µ m tightly buffered fiber.

Mr. Anuj Jain, Managing Director of Eurotech Technologies, stated, "The BestNet lightweight interface unit is lightweight and easy to install, providing a comprehensive solution for the wiring and organization of fiber optic cable terminations."
