Multiple passes on a circle do not line up

If you look at the circles theyre tighter exactly.180 degrees across and fatter on the other sides. I think you may have a belt slipping or a coupling set screw loose and slipping the rod. When you do simple rectangle it only moves one axis at a time. Circles are constant combination of XY so they need to be quite synchronized.
