This laser-cut design provides a custom foam insert for the PolarPro Grip System, an ergonomic handle that improves the handling of the Osmo Pocket camera and securely holds a connected phone. The insert is specifically shaped to store the small phone adapter within one of the handle's cells, preventing it from being misplaced. The cutting pattern consists of two nested rectangles: an outer rectangle measuring 17x14mm and an inner rectangle of 10x4mm. For use with a CO₂ laser machine, recommended settings include a speed of 6mm/sec and 15% power for cutting through a 2.5cm thick foam plate, which matches the depth of the Grip System's cells. The laser head should be positioned so the beam focus is near the middle of the foam thickness. This practical DIY accessory ensures the adapter is always kept together with the PolarPro Grip System, making it convenient for on-the-go use.
