The control system used for my CO2 laser cutting equipment is RDC6445G. I noticed slight ghosting at the edges of the image during the scanning process, and the cutting trajectory was no longer clear and clean. I thought it was a material issue, but after replacing the material, the problem still persists. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

In the Scan Offset or Line Shif parameters, this value needs to be set according to the scanning speed, and the faster the speed, the greater the compensation value required. You can try inputting values of positive and negative values for testing until the ghosting is eliminated.

Check the tightness of the synchronous belt: If the synchronous belt is too loose, it can cause motion lag, which is a common cause of ghosting. You can check the synchronous belt of the equipment to ensure that it is properly tensioned and there is no obvious looseness or wear.
