Solution for CO2 cutting and carving controller, computer unable to recognize USB driver
When using the CO2 laser cutting and engraving controller, if the computer cannot recognize the USB driver and displays that it cannot be installed, you can follow the following steps to troubleshoot and solve the problem one by one:
1. Check the USB driver port status in Device Manager
First, open "Device Manager" (you can find it by searching in the Start menu). Expand the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" section and check if there are any yellow exclamation marks or question marks, indicating that the device is not properly installed or there is a conflict. If you see this, right-click on the device and select "Uninstall device," then restart the computer. The system will try to reinstall the driver automatically. If the problem persists, right-click the device again and choose "Update driver" to manually attempt an update.
2. Try manually installing the driver
If the device is not recognized correctly in Device Manager, you may need to install the driver manually. Go to the manufacturer's official website and download the latest USB driver for your device model. Once downloaded, extract the files and go back to Device Manager, right-click on the unrecognized device, and select "Update driver." Then, choose "Browse my computer for driver software" and specify the folder where the downloaded driver is located to install it. After the installation is complete, restart the computer and check if the device is recognized correctly.
3. Download and install a driver repair tool
If the previous methods do not resolve the issue, you can try using a driver repair tool. Download and install the repair tool, run a scan, and the tool will automatically find and install any missing or corrupted drivers. Once completed, restart your computer and check if the controller is recognized.
