How to locate imported SVG files to specific coordinates

Is there a way to locate the imported SVG file to a specific coordinate in the workspace? I know that Xpos and Ypos parameters can be used to move file locations. I also know that if the file import option is used, the default location is the center of the workspace; If drag and drop operation is used, the default position is the position where the mouse pointer is located. My X and Y coordinates 0/0 are located in the upper right corner, and I hope the imported SVG file can be aligned with my initial position.
