Is the precision of multi position repetitive positioning high in servo driven gear transmission?

This is related to the accuracy of your gears, bearings, assembly, and clearance. The accuracy of the servo motor is not a problem. If cost is not considered, it is recommended to directly install a cam splitter or a hollow rotating platform. If you don't have experience, you really can't do it well if you want high precision.

Processing such a large gear, coupled with rotating bearings, bearing supports, and so on, is more expensive than a cam splitter, and assembling it yourself increases the risk.
