Array Question for centering

How does one go about centering an array?
I have a rectangle 4"X11.75" and I want 12 circles (1.5"), 2 columns and 6 rows. I want to center them vertically as well as horizontally.

Easy:
Create the rectangle
Create the array of circles
Select the entire array of circles
Shift-select the rectangle (this makes it the last thing added to the selection)
Click the Align Center tool
