I am aware here on the forum that this problem exists and has not been solved, so I bring it up again to find a solution.
Grateful for the attention.

System: BigLinux (Manjaro)

      This is because the update requires an older version of libSSL.
If you install libssl1.0-dev that will work. In most newer distributions that package is deprecated or no longer supported.
