Is there an app that will manipulate the letter as seen in this pic?

Not within LightBurn at this time, but there are several tools available to achieve this look, like InkScape, Affinity, Illustrator, and I am sure others. If I am remembering correctly, this is known as a ‘Transform’. Might help with google searching.
