Mold cleaning: Mold plays a very important role in industrial production. Currently, there are over a thousand mold related enterprises in China, driving the related output value to nearly 10 billion yuan. Among them, mold cleaning is an essential step in mold production. Laser can achieve contactless cleaning of molds, which is very safe for the surface of the mold, ensuring its accuracy, and can clean submicron scale dirt particles that cannot be removed by traditional methods, achieving true pollution-free green cleaning.

Rail cleaning: With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China, seamless steel rails have become the main type of track laying. At present, all pre welding cleaning of steel rails is carried out using grinding wheels and abrasive belts. The quality of polishing and cleaning is not easy to guarantee, the substrate is severely damaged, residual stress is severe, and it can cause serious dust pollution to the environment. Laser cleaning can provide high-quality and efficient green cleaning technology, solving the problems of severe dust pollution, difficult surface quality and accuracy control in traditional grinding and cleaning, eliminating welding defects such as holes and gray spots in seamless rail welding, and improving the stability and safety of high-speed railway operation in China.

Aviation field: Aircraft skin is composed of very complex surfaces and is protected by a multi layer paint structure. The complete or partial peeling of paint on the skin is a necessary process for aircraft overhaul and key parts maintenance. At present, chemical soaking/wiping is the main paint removal method in the aviation industry, which causes a large amount of chemical auxiliary waste and cannot achieve local maintenance paint removal. The workload of this process is heavy and harmful to health. Laser cleaning can achieve high-quality removal of paint on the surface of aircraft skin, and it is easy to achieve automated production.

Ship field: Currently, sandblasting is the main method used for pre production cleaning of ships. The sandblasting method has caused serious dust pollution to the surrounding environment and is gradually prohibited, resulting in reduced or even discontinued production for ship production enterprises. Laser cleaning technology can provide a green and pollution-free cleaning solution for ship surface anti-corrosion spraying.
