If it is currently set to "Machine Origin" or "Absolute Coordinates," change it to "Current Position." Save the settings and restart the device, then test whether the panel positioning function is restored.

Next, check for hardware issues with the operation panel: Inspect the positioning button for physical damage or lack of response when pressed. Try connecting a normal panel for testing. If the function works after replacement, it indicates that the original panel button is damaged and needs repair or replacement.

Finally, confirm whether the multi-positioning point function is enabled: In the device operation panel menu, find the 【Multi-Positioning Points】 or 【Multi-Point Positioning】 option (usually located in advanced settings). If this function is enabled, the single positioning button on the panel will be disabled. Select "Disable" or "Turn Off" this function to restore the use of the panel button for positioning.
