S9 axis issue and blur

I recently purchased a S9 sculpfun laser and am having some problems. Some of them I have been able to solve by tightening the belts and tightening properly the eccentric nuts (the 3 that the equipment has). However, I am having two problems that I have not been able to solve.
In the photos you can see a vertical oscillation at the beginning of the horizontal lines and the letters are not clear. Can you help me to solve it?

Could be any or all: 1. Loose laser mouting. 2. Xaxis trolley rollers no snug on the track. 3. One or both gantry trolleys loose in the rails. 4. One or both gantry belts not snug. 5. Frame not square. 6. Overshoot during acceleration and or deceleration. If you find one item in this list needed fixing, don’t stop. There is a fair chance there is more. These are precision positioning machines. “Good enough” is not good enough here.
