Unable to correctly engrave Laser Master 3

Hi,
I have an issue ever since I bought the Laser master 3 engraver. I cant manage to get the lines straight, the lightburn printing test doesnt even manage to engrave normal squares and I don’t know what to do in order to resolve the problem.

Looks like speed is set 10,000 to 15,000 mm/m from the engrave test photo
Amazing the laser is able to make a mark at that speed.
Powe is set from 10% to 50%
