Ruida RDC6445S Reboot Loop Issue? Help!

Hello,

I did a rebuild of a Muse 2D and I got it working fine. In the past 2 weeks it started acting up during cuts. It will randomly reboot. It doesn't happen consistently like after a certain time, length, file size, settings, etc. It seems completely random. Doing a hard reboot with the switch doesn't resolve the issue. After a random number of reboots, I can select continue and it'll continue the job. Until it reboots again.  This also ONLY happens with cuts and not scans/raster jobs. I just replaced both the Switching power supply and the CO2 power supply and still having the issue. This is quite frustrating... Any thoughts on what is going on?

Rebuild Items:
- Original 40W Muse tube
- Ruida RDC6445S
- MEAN WELL - 1993 Mean Well LRS-75-24 Enclosed Switching Power Supply, Single Output, 24V, 3.2A, 76.8W, 3.9" L x 3.82" W x 1.18" H
- Cloudray 35-50W MYJG-40 OG CO2 Power Supply
- 2Pack CNC Digital Microstep Driver DM542 2-Phase Stepper Motor Driver 20-50V DC Max 4.2A for Nema 17, Nema 23 and Nema 34 Series Stepper Motor, Replace M542 M542H
- Using RDWorksV8 on a laptop connected directly via USB

      just do the following to test
1 only power on the controller and run file . it means the PSU,step driver and other devices that conencted to the controller should be power off and unconnect with the controller.  check if it reboot or not. 
2 if it does not reboot, then connect them and power then one by one to check.
Usually this situation is caused by:
1 the interferecce of the PSU. So notice the machine should be connected to the earth correctly
2 the power ability of the 24V . check the current is not reach to the limit of the maximum of the power.
3 check the wiring connections, what ever the HMI or the controller to the devices. avoid the wire being closed to the PSU or the high voltage of the glass tube

          : Forgot to respond. Thank you for this detailed plan of action. Turns out it was the driver that was shorting out the machine. Replaced it and it has been working so far!
