2023-09-06You generally run the most movement in the axes that has less mass or is lighter. If the head is on the X axes, which is most common, then the whole X axes mass or weight is also on the Y axes… faster to move the Y axes the least amount as it will take the most time… You maximum speeds and acceleration values should be different, since one is lighter than the other.
