We have machine settings that work in ‘normal’ mode and another set of machine settings that work with a rotary. Is there a way to force a machine setting load via the command line or some other fashion so that the less educated user and start a batch file and get the correct setting for the configuration? I am having some problems with the noise and grinding from the x-axis. Soundls like mad cow disease! I am using an 17HS24-2104S STEPPER with a DM542T driver. Can not find a smooth setting. Per sepperonline I have added a resonance mount with rubber cushion and it is a considerable amount quieter but still bad.
