JQ LASER, a global manufacturer specializing in laser cutting machines, has launched a new fully automatic pipeline laser cutting machine model T120A.

According to JQ LASER's report on the 16th, the body of this new product adopts a vertical rather than horizontal design, reducing the machining center and improving stability.

In the past, traditional double chuck pipe cutting machines had a fixed front chuck. In the final product processing stage, the front chuck was opened and only rolled and turned for processing. However, the explanation is that this upgraded model can move back and forth, so it can be processed with both the front and rear chucks seized, thus achieving the minimum residual and reducing defect rates.

Equipped with a fully automatic feeding device, it can automatically feed 15-120mm circular and corrugated pipes, which also helps to save labor costs. When installing four sets of brackets on the body parts to process small pipes, it can minimize the deformation of the pipes caused by rotation to ensure machining accuracy.

A person in charge of JQ LASER explained, "Currently, consumers in the furniture industry have an increasing demand for customization. Due to various issues such as severe deformation, long processing cycles, multiple processes, and high costs, it is difficult to adapt to market demand.

He continued, In the fierce competition, furniture manufacturers have now begun to attach importance to laser processing machines. Laser processing machines can save factory space, solve labor costs, and flexibly achieve small batch customization and new product development and launch, thereby maintaining competitiveness with other companies. We believe that laser cutting machines will replace traditional equipment such as trading machines in the future, achieve production automation, and become a huge force in the Industry 4.0 era.
