The circumferential welds between the copper rings of the rotor of three-phase asynchronous motors were usually made using induction brazing or direct integral casting processes, which cannot meet the current requirements for high-performance motors; In addition, welding processes such as arc welding and resistance welding were commonly used before the welding of the stator and coil hairpin of the motor.
