Why is the reset button on the RDC6685U controller panel invalid?
My CO2 laser equipment is paired with the RDC6685U control system, and I encountered a strange problem: when I pressed the reset button on the panel, the system did not return to normal as expected. I confirmed if the power supply was working properly, and then tried pressing the reset button multiple times without any response. Who can give me advice? Thanks in advance!

In certain states, the controller may lock the button response, such as executing a task, not stopping motion, incorrect connection status, etc.
Operation suggestion: First confirm that the machine is in the STOP/PAUSE state, and then try resetting it; After entering the menu, be sure to confirm the execution, rather than just pressing once.1Responder
