Why doesn't the RDC6332NM controller emit light?

D4329D8B

My CO2 laser cutting equipment is equipped with the Ruida control system, model RDC6332NM. In the spot shooting mode, when I press the start button, it cannot emit light. I checked the laser power supply and it is normal. Who has any suggestions? Thank you!

I suspect that the shooting time you set is too short, try resetting it

  • Check the L signal
Locate the L terminal or TL terminal on the laser power supply. Use a wire to short-circuit L to GND.
    If after shorting:
Laser emits light → Laser power supply is normal; the issue lies with the controller or wiring.
Still no light emission → Laser power supply or laser tube failure.

  • Check if the water protection is damaged and if the water is circulating properly. If the water protection is damaged, short-circuit it for use. In addition, check if the ammeter is oscillating. If it is not oscillating, use a multimeter to measure if the laser power supply is powered by 220V. If it is not, it may be a power failure and needs to be replaced.
