1. Access the manufacturer parameters → IO control parameters and verify if machine protection is enabled;
2. Check if the signal is correctly connected to port CN4 pin 3 (Proc);
3. Verify the switch output signal is correct. The Proc port is active high; protection triggers when the signal is high or floating.
