How to use the manual calibration software function of RDVisionWorks?
In RDVisonWorks, the manual correction function divides the format into 9 areas and sets certain areas for offset correction according to requirements, with the lower left corner as the reference and the set value as the fixed offset.
1. Confirm the correct connection of the device and maintain normal communication with the software
2. Confirm that the camera is installed accurately and can be connected to take photos normally
3. Firstly, enter the manual correction interface, which divides the format into 9 areas. According to the requirements, the drag bar in the interface can be used to set the range and area of each area
5. Click to cut the cross, and the machine will cut the cross in nine positions
6. After cutting the cross, an automatic photo will be taken. After the photo is taken, drag the cross position to the cutting mark
7. Take photos after processing; Compare the original graphics of each region with the processed graphics position after setting the offset
8. It can be seen that after using the manual correction function, except for the middle area, the other eight surrounding areas have offset the positive direction setting value of the graphic with the bottom left corner as the reference
9. Manual correction is not effective for the central area. If there is a deviation in the central area, it is recommended to perform camera distortion correction and cross correction again
