Find Layer/Hierarchy Panel:
Usually, there is a layer management window (such as "Layer List" or "Hierarchical Management") on the right or left side of the software interface.
If it is not displayed, try clicking on "View">"Layers" or similar options in the menu bar.

Adjust order:
In the layer list, the hierarchical order is usually arranged from top to bottom (with the top layer displayed or cut first).
After selecting a layer, you may see "Move Up"/"Move Down" buttons, or simply drag and drop the layers to adjust the order.
