After upgrading the rolylaser from 10W to 20W, the laser will not return to the homepage

after installing a 20W upgrade laser from the 10W, laser will go to orgin, frame but when homing to the proper left hand cornner it makes a huge grinding noise. I tried the manual method but still have the same results.

      Is the new laser head engaging the limit switches? They may need to be adjusted.

        Is that 20w module a lot bigger? You need to move 1, or both, limit switches to keep from hitting the frame. Start with the Yaxis switch first.
