About how to start a brushless DC motor?

When the brushless DC motor is at rest, the magnetic field and current are relatively static, if the power is added at this time, it will cause the motor to jam instantly, because the moment the power is added, the magnetic field and the current start to run, and the direction of running is random, so the motor will jam.
So the correct way to start is: let the motor motorize first, then add the power supply. The way to achieve this is to first give the motor a smaller force to make it spin, this force can be the motor's Hall signal or other sensor signals.
Once the motor starts to rotate, the direction of operation of the motor can be controlled according to the Hall signal.
