Hello dear Ruida team,

i got the Ruida RDACC Fiber Module V2.0 from you.

I activated the calibration menu during the dry running test.

Here the voltage was displayed to me and then the module switches after two seconds and then displayed 0 volts.

Because i didn't understand it at first, i confirmed the 0 Volt value by pressing Enter. Now the module can no longer pulse due to incorrect calibration.

I can do whatever i want, the module always shows me 0 Volts in the second step in the calibration menu.

The voltage specification from the first step is not adopted.

Is there a different procedure or an update for the fiber module?

Attached a photo from the two menu images in the calibration menu. I would be happy if I got an answer :)

Hello! Please log in to https://www.rdacs.com/en/download?id=84&m=manual&a=RDAcc-fiberV2.0 to download the operation manual of the corresponding product, and follow the instructions in the manual to set up and operate. There is no latest update.

Hi together.

I tested it with several 644x controllers, I tested it with a 6332G.

It's always the same. The module notices that I press the Pulse button in the calibration menu, the voltage is displayed, the display switches after 2 seconds and shows me 0.00 volts.

I can no longer use the module :(
