Update effected speeds and power settings

It’s worth remembering “200” is not a speed - The first thing I have people check when something like this happens is that the units weren’t changed by accident.
300 mm/sec = 5 mm/min
300 mm/sec = 12 inches/sec
300 mm/min = 12 inches/min
So if you changed from mm/sec to inches/sec, or just changed from mm/min to inches/min, either of those would change how fast the machine goes when you enter “a number” without noticing the units.
