Go much faster. Try at least 600 mm/min, maybe even 1000 mm/min. Change the passes accordingly.
Though, you will never completely remove it, the material is burning, and the dirt has to go somewhere.You can clean the pieces, sand them, put painters tape on them before… There are multiple tactics to reduce it.
