Missing Laser Spot

I’ve followed all the instructions I can find, but I can’t get the laser spot on for positioning. I have turned in laser spot in XCS prior to using light burn, I have enabled laser fire button, laser in when framing, turned off offset…
The spot appears when framing but no other time. I need to use the print & cut option…help!

      You need to push the Fire button in Move window to turn it on. This is unnecessary if you use the red crosshairs for alignment instead.
