Dual axis not perpendicular to each other

When I try to depict a simple rectangle, the pattern is a bit skewed and the side lengths are not perpendicular. Width 205 millimeters, height 305 millimeters. I have tightened the belts on both shafts and have not noticed any belt jumping. What is the solution?
