Ruida RDC6563FG controller max speed parameter change

Hello, we have a Ruida controller RDC6563FG for fiber laser cutter. Everything now works fine, except I can't change axis working speed parameters. In the service menu I'm trying to change the parameter Max. work speed, I've entered e.g. 2000 mm/s for axis movements speed. In the USER menus the max manual movement 500mm/s. Above these limits I can't go, because of the SW or FW limitations? I think my mechanical systen can go faster, so I want to know how these limits are related and limited? Is it for safety and accidents prevention? Because the manual(which I downloaded from Ruida's homepage of version 2.0) didn't mentioning about these limits and how they are related to each other.

 

What could be the possible issue for setting higher speeds? I'm interested if these limits are by default, or I can change them accordingly my machine safe speeds.

 

I have contacted the Ruida by email homepage provided manual, but didn't get any answer.
