I was using my new machine successfully untill suddenly, waiting for connection even though its stating READY? I did not unplug or changed anything.
I have tried restarting and re-plugging everything by now. I want to cry! please please help

Make sure that in the drop down - laser panel
It did not switch to COM1 instead of COMx that your machine has
COm1 is default internal serial com in many motherboards and wil lalways be present, will always “connect” but will do nothing
