Keeps giving me a “Port failed to open - already in use?” message on my xTool P2

When i connect my xTool P2 via the usb cable i get a message stating the "port failed to open. Maybe in use? When i connect to my Sculpfun the port works laser connects so i know the port is open not asleep. i tried reverting to a previous update and no success. any ideas?

Every device usually gets its own COM port assigned. The one you use for the Sculpfun is reserved for this device, the xTool will get another one. Check the Windows device manager to see wich COM port is assigned to the xTool.
