Laser power while framing

During the “framing” of the laser on the product I realized that the laser power was too high so that it did some unintentional cutting on my iphone. How can I reduce the laser power to 0 or 1 while framing in the program?

      Framing power is based on the power for Fire button in Move window. Reduce power there to reduce frame power.
