Latitool f50 not working with lightburn

I need to use LIGHTBURN with my LATITOOL F500. It works fine with LASER GRBL but not with LIGHTBURN. It keeps telling me the software can not send data to the machine. I disconnected and connected several times. When It finally connects after many tries I send a figure to the laser only does a straight line. Then it goes back to error software can not send data.
I am using the GBRL driver as it is the only one LIGHTBURN finds when searching for my Device. I need urgent help please!

      If laserGRBL is active and connected to your laser, LightBurn will not have access to the USB port. Please ensure laserGRBL is closed before beginning your LightBurn session.

In the Laser window in LightBurn click the middle button along the bottom row - sometimes marked (Choose) and select a com port.

In LightBurn, in the Console window, you’ll see a connection message.
It can be helpful and offer the firmware revision number and other details. Feel free to copy and paste that information into your reply here.

If you don’t get a welcome message from the Console window (from the controller board on your laser engraver) please select another com port. With the driver installed it should be there.
