Image appears upside down when previewed

All of the sudden, all my images appear upside down when I view them in preview mode. If I reset my device setting to the top-left instead of the bottom-left, they simply reverse. Before today, an image looked the same in both the work area and when I previewed it.

      It looks like you have Rotary enabled as well as mirror output. Disable one or both of these.
