How to perform vector and raster engraving on the same layer?

Inkscape:
Save vectors and export filled areas as bitmaps.
Ensure images are embedded in the SVG.
LightBurn:
Import SVG with both vector paths and raster images.
Duplicate and assign separate layers for "Line" and "Fill" where necessary.

You can use sublayers.
Double click the layer in the Cuts/layers window and add a second layer, one set to fil and the other to line, the same shape.
