Atezr l2 36w won’t home,What should I do?

My Atezr l2 36w doesn’t move when asking it to home.
The motors lock and it makes a sound as if it really wants to move but can’t.
Anything I can change in the software?

          : It doesn’t matter where it is. As soon as home is pressed, it locks.

          : The Home button sends $H to the controller. After that, Lightburn is out of the picture. Do you have a list of the GRBL parameters so you can compare them to what is currently stored? Honestly, my bet is on the controller board or power supply.
