Hello! Please check whether the limit of the equipment is normal and whether the directional polarity of the shaft is correct. If the limit is correct, then re-set the format size and step distance of the manufacturer's parameters, after the setting is successful, you can refer to the software manual for the parameter setting of each function, and remember to save the backup manufacturer's parameters on the computer after completing the parameter setting, in case the parameters are lost next time.
