Black annealing on 100w MOPA

I’m de-focused about 3mm, but I have an F420 lens (300x300)… don’t know if that’s a lot or not… I’m thinking it goes out where it won’t make noise at about 5mm… I’ve raised the head above it’s focal point.
This is a bit different…
