Why can't the RDD6616U dual head mutual movement move as a whole?

689EDFDD

I encountered a problem while operating the RDD6616U control system during the machining process. When the dual head mutual movement mode is enabled, the auxiliary head can move independently and work normally, but it cannot achieve synchronized overall movement of the two cutting heads. When attempting to operate the overall mobile function, the device did not respond. What should I do?

Please check the software transmission parameter settings and change the transmission to a multi belt type.

  • Check the motor and driver to ensure that the electrical connections between the two motors (main and auxiliary) are normal and that the driver is working properly. You can try testing the operation of both motors separately to confirm that they are both working properly.
