Why can't the RDC6685U motherboard communicate with the computer USB?
My CO2 cutting machine is equipped with the RDC6685U control system. Today, I tried to connect it to my computer via USB, but it still couldn't communicate properly. I don't know if it's a problem with the computer or the controller itself. Can someone give me some advice? What do I need to check again? Or adjust something? Thank you!

Yes, you're right. After changing the USB port on my computer, I was able to communicate normally
