RDVisionWorks' edge extraction performance is not ideal

Terrelle

I am using RDVisionWorks and I don't know the reason. The edge extraction effect is not good. What parameters do I need to adjust? Do you have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

    1. First, modulate the values of the graphics processing to 1 or turn them off
    2. If it is a non closed shape, check the non closed shape below, adjust the threshold to make the target clear, and minimize interference as much as possible
    3. Draw effective areas and minimize external interference to make the target clear
    4. Adjust the white bright edge to remove the inner hole and remove small blocks from the edge based on the condition of the screen after adjusting the threshold
    5. If the effect is not ideal, adjust the removal of impurities, closure of gaps, and micro connections (due to the complexity of materials, different parameters need to be adjusted for different materials, so try adjusting the parameters, preview the edge lifting, and adjust to the best effect)
    6. Adjust data smoothness according to demand to meet requirements
I hope it can be helpful to you

  • You can try the following steps to troubleshoot:
    1. Prepare a set of standard test images, including three levels of difficulty: simple, medium, and complex
    2. Parameter grid search: Systematic combination testing of key parameters to find the optimal parameter range
    3. Visualize intermediate results: View the processed images at each step to determine where the problem occurred
