RDC6612U controller exhibits abnormal Z-axis movement

E4D4CAD8

My CO2 laser cutting equipment uses the RDC6612U control system, but I found that the Z-axis movement is abnormal. When I long press Z - or Z+for about 4 seconds, the Z-axis keeps moving down or up. Why?

This is a reaction delay, check if the Z-axis parameters are correct. In the manufacturer settings, check the Z-axis parameters, mainly checking the maximum speed, takeoff speed, acceleration, and emergency stop acceleration.

  • Check if all connecting wires of the Z-axis motor driver and control card are secure. Prioritize checking and ensuring that signal lines use cables with shielding layers, and that the shielding layers are well grounded to reduce external interference.
