How to resolve the high-speed stuttering issue on the X/Y axes of the RDD6616U control system?

BAF58914

When my Ruida RDD6616U control device is operating, everything functions normally during low-speed movement. However, when the X/Y axes transition to high-speed operation, noticeable stuttering occurs during motion. The trajectory, which should run smoothly, becomes intermittent and jerky, accompanied by slight vibrations. This affects both machining quality and efficiency. Why is this happening?

Check the XY step distance of the axis parameter. It is possible that you have set it too small, and it should be set between 6-10

  • The actual position of the marked points may deviate from the preset position. Please confirm that the position of the marked points is consistent with the design drawings and try to avoid any deviation or incorrect positioning of the marked points.
